The ACH Software is designed to compliment either your current business applications or to stand alone and allow you to create your own direct deposits, Federal and State tax deposits, or to collect for billing. Once these transactions are entered, they can be forwarded on to our processing center. You transmit these transactions to us either by modem, or through the internet on a secure VPN connection.
Customer and Client information is retained and historical information can be reported and viewed. In addition, routing and account information is retained so that manual entry can be simplified and errors reduced.
Returns and Corrections are reported back to you electronically each time you transmit your file. The returns and corrections can be reported on, and resubmitted after being corrected, or just closed.
The system is currently written as a dos application that works on all versions on dos, Windows 95/98/NT or Milenium 2000 and is completely multiuser on any of these platforms. We are currently finishing development on a product based on the windows platform at which time we will discontinue our dos offerings.
Security of these applications can be made at several levels. The first level is the user level. Each user can have their own user name and password. The second level is each users menus can be customised to their particular tasks. If the option is'nt on their menu, they can't get into that part of the program. This can be most effective when you have different clerks proofing from the entry and processing tasks. The third level of protection is based on our servers. Even though they may have a valid user name to complete the entry and reporting functions, they have to be logged onto our server with a valid user name and password to transmit these transactions to us.
I have captured some screen images. These images will load into a seperate browser window and may take some time to load because of their size. Once they are loaded, you can use the back and forward buttons to move through the images you selected to view.
